This week’s downtime
As you probably noticed our front end website had significant downtime this week, 30 minutes on Wednesday and a bit over 4 hours on Saturday. Our upstream service provider heroku.com that hosts scottyapp.com had problems with their dyno management which lead to our downtime.
The good news though is that neither the platform services nor our customer’s sites were affected.
We already initiated measures to ensure that we will be less effected by such an outage in the future. We are very sorry for your service interruption.
